Car Rental Terms and Conditions at Cahaya RentCar Batam :

1. Age and Qualifications:

– Customers must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
– Customers must have a valid driving license (SIM) that is appropriate for the type of vehicle to be rented.

2. Order and Payment:

-Orders can be made via telephone, website, or come directly to our office.
– Customers are expected to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
– Payment can be made in transfer, cash or using a valid credit/debit card.

3. Vehicle Rental and Return:

– Customers must pick up and return the vehicle according to the agreed time.
– The vehicle is rented in good condition and must be returned in the same condition.
– Customers are responsible for maintaining and maintaining the vehicle during the rental period.

4. Insurance and Liability:

– Vehicles are rented with standard insurance which covers vehicle damage and accidents.
– Customers are responsible for all repair costs and losses that exceed insurance coverage.
– Customers are expected to follow traffic rules and are responsible for any violations that occur during the rental period.

5. Cancellations and Changes:

– Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before vehicle pick-up time.

If you cancel your booking, the daily rental fee is 1 day but we cannot refund the full protection insurance fee because we have registered it with insurance company.
– Booking changes may incur additional charges depending on vehicle availability.

6. Hygiene and Smoking:

– Customers are expected to keep the vehicle clean during the rental period.
– Smoking is prohibited in Cahaya RentCar Batam vehicles.

7. Vehicle Use Restrictions:

– Vehicles are rented only for use within the territory of Indonesia.
– Use of the vehicle for unlawful activities, racing, or off-roading is not permitted.

8. Customer Responsibilities:

– Customers are fully responsible for any damage, loss or damage that occurs to the vehicle during the rental period.
